The Floyd EffectBuxton Opera House September 2024
I have been photographing The Floyd Effect, possibly the best Pink Floyd tribute band, since 2015. Up until 2024 I have always gone to my local venue, The Tropic at Ruislip, for their regular end-of-tour-season December gig. The tropic has a very small stage and they cant bring their full production or lighting. However, in September 2024 I went to Buxton Opera House and spent the afternoon and the evening taking photographs from all round the theatre and even some cheeky ones form on stage. The results speak for themselves. Perhaps you can work out what they were playing just by looking at the pictures. "Time" should be easy to spot, and all Dark Side of the Moon fans will know what comes after that. Enjoy!
